D90LE loud pop noise in pre-amp mode

I have ET400 board but no such problem.

This depends on the construction of the DAC/preamplifier. If there are physical relays ... this can cause very light DC current, but enough to cause pops.

This may go unnoticed if the speakers have a low/medium efficiency ( < 93db/w/m) . On high-efficiency speakers, the slightest signal is perceptible.
