TSR to RCA ring floating anyone?

Has anyone yet found an available (in EU at least), low cost, confirmed to have the ring floating TRS to RCA cable or will i have to cut one of these

in the middle and attach to an old interconnect? :-/

I know it has been discussed trillions of times, but i don't recall anyone posting a link to one...

thank you @Zek . I can't find schematics or any reference in the website to the ring floating. Do you happen to have the cable or can confirm that the ring is floating?

I think you'll have to cut it yourself on any you can buy unless you maybe custom order some from a pro sound supplier.

Ended up ordering one of this:

quite economic and looks great. I don't think i would recommend it to someone not familiar with the soldering iron though, seems easier than it actually is, for me at least. Surprising and a bit of a shame that one cannot just buy this readymade...

Why not just use the left RCA of this and cut off / ignore the right RCA? (which is connected to the ring):
