The short answer is 'buy one and send it to Amir' but he would want it in a testable product format, i.e. integrated with a case and power supply.

IMO You'd be better off going to diyaudio for discussion on bare boards like this. Just googling 'diyaudio tda7498e' brings up a bunch of hits, not for this product specifically.

The general sense of the TDA7498e seems to be that it's got a high noise floor. See https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/power-amplifier-thd-n-tests.45693 for instance. A lot of the diyaudio links complain about hiss. All the other stuff on the board you linked is only going to lower performance further. Whether that matters for your application is up to you.
