The worst thing about being an audiophile

Disagree. The best thing about being an audiophile is other audiophiles. Even if you don't care about their equipment selection or their philosophy, they still know about music that you don't. That is, unless they only listen to audiophile tracks.

I still have green fingers from painting the edges of all of my CDs green. And I hurt my back dragging around speaker cables that are as thick as a boa constrictor. But it's all been worth it for the improved air and bass slam!
