Show new posts with their content?

Would it be possible to enable displaying of new posts including their content? Scroll wheel is faster than clicking...

The latest activity page is a good start, but it does not contain full posts and it contains a lot of non-interesting stuff, like likes.

Showing full posts would make it very wordy, no?

Yes, but it would save time needed for clicking on links (which are placed a bit chaotic IMO) and waiting until page displays.
