Just happened to see this. The numbers are correct and there is nothing strange with them. CamillaDSP does convolution via FFT, which transforms the expensive convolution to a much cheaper multiplication. That's how most software convolution engines (BruteFIR and EqualizerAPO to name a few other examples) handle it.Wow... just wow. Makes me wanna check it. It sounds like a statement. 1.3 second delay for that filter but 2M multiplications per second?
Is it 16 bit ints ? Is there any OS running on that time ...
Sounds like very marketing-pumped numbers.
