Price MAY not be that big of a factor. It probably a matter of finding the right buyer. And I assume no one has offered you $12K.

For example, I'm not going to set-up 24 channels in my living room even if the whole setup with 24 speakers and 24 channels of amplification was free. And you aren't selling it for economic reasons either...
