NAD M33 with bookshelf speakers; M10 headphone and heat concern

I am thinking about upgrading my current Hi-Fi system, but I have some limitations. I can only use front-loaded bookshelf speakers. I went to Sevenoaks NAD M10v2 with Sonus Faber Lumina II, and I was amazed by the sound quality. My only concern was that the M10v2 doesn't have a headphone connection, and the unit was quite hot, with only 60% volume. I could afford the M33 that ticks those items; however, I would need to find a proper front-loaded bookshelf speaker.

I have two questions:
  1. Can you suggest any front-loaded bookshelf speakers for the M33?
  2. How could you use wired headphones with the M10v2? Does any one with M10v2 have concerns with the heat?
Thanks!

Will you use a sub?
What's your budget?
New or used?
Which country are you located in?
Any size constraints?

How could you use wired headphones with the M10v2?
Using a headphone Amp like the Topping L30 II or JDS Atom Amp 2.

If it has to be passive, then I'd take a look at the Elac UBR62.

If active speakers are on the table, then I'd choose that.

Models like the KH 120 II, 4305P, IN-8v2 can play deeper, and with less coloration.

Sonoro Maestro Quantum or NAD C399 are better choices for you.
