I already own Momentum True Wireless (version 1). I wonder if it is worth upgrading when I already have the Sennheiser or it is just waste of money.

They're only $25 so you're not making a huge loss if you don't like them for any reason. Most will prefer Moondrops IEM tuning better than Sennheisers, but keep in mind that other concerns are fit, and the wireless implementation, and how it integrates with your devices. The last one is hit and miss regardless of brand unless it matches the brand of your device ie Apple or Samsung.

I will mostly use them on PC. I'll also buy a Bluetooth 5.3 dongle. I believe Space Travel's ANC is not better than Momentum TW aswell.
I already use Momentum with EQ but still wonder if it is going to make a difference when both are EQ'd.

Anything is an upgrade from the momentum true wireless version 1. I moved from it to Sony 1000xm3 to Samsung galaxy buds version 1. The galaxy kills both of them and eats them for breakfast.
