When I used to train I would eat raw steak in the mornings.. Thinly sliced flank.Looks like a great burger, but I like mine RARE.
I never have a problem with bacteria even though everyone else is usually shocked by RARE burgers.
Maybe I have some Vulture in my genetics.
You talk about stinky. The smell of that sheep head when cooked is nothing like it cooking. And it needs to cook for hours and hours. When my mom used to make it, we all wanted to leave the house! She would start it way early in the morning to have it ready for dinner. It was so bad that you would lose all of your appetite. Eating it as I said was not as bad but still, you learned to eat without breathing through your nose.I have a hard time with the concept of stinky and delicious at the same time.
