Turkey necks!!!
Love 'em.
I buy them a pack of 2 for $3 each in a case of 24.
Thaw and roast for 45 minutes covered and then 20 minutes uncovered with some seasonings as you would a turkey.
You end up with a crispy meaty outer portion.
Very satisfying and flavourful.

I'm on an organic vegan ketogenic diet, so I don't eat any solid food. I only drink green organic smoothies to which I also add a mix of organic vegetable oils (olive, MCT, flaxseed), and organic raw whole tahini... Yep, it sucks to be me...

Terrible diet and too much ketogenic might be dangerous too.
You shouldn't drink your food, but chew the food as you have been blessed with teeth that are part of spending energy, saliva to the digestive system and digest fibers i.o liquids.

It's not about food only, it's holistic ...

When was the last time you tasted a Schwarma ? Ok, in your case, a Falafel ... ?

As a vegan myself, please try and get some solids in your diet. Oh and the whole "adding of oils". Yeah avoid that. Dietary fat intake isn't really necessary, you'll get fats in enough quantity eating a wide variety of food anyway.

I though my diet was restrictive, till I seen you just say you're on Organic + Keto + Vegan + all blended. Oh and do away with Keto, it's pointless outside of quick weightloss at first.

That makes sense...inspiring. So the topping stuff doesn't slide off when you're eating.
And thick and crispy...but I must up my game, start making dough...
