To me that sounds like a good deal. I have a 10 year old BK Electronics Monolith DF plus and was looking to replace it with the likes of an Arendal 1723 1S. Then I got an amazing deal on a second hand V15+.
I was really shocked at how much it improved the sound quality even in cases where I thought the bass was not even in subwoofer territory. The V12 is older, but it seems like the sound quality should be pretty much the same as the + series.
It really is a shame that these M&K subs are so hard to find reviews and measurements on.
Now I want a second V15+ just to flatten out the 60-100hz area in my room, but the price without any discount is pretty steep.
