Integrated amp/stereo receiver

I'm looking for a new integrated or stereo amp. Would like to stay in the $1000-1500 range and would like HDMI arc.
This will be to power Revel m106's. Was looking at a powernode, NAD c3050 or c700. Any suggestions?

I am going through trying to build a similar setup... my thinking is

AMP: Topping LA90D
DAC: Topping D90 III

but with eARC & Streamer type usage,... maybe

AMP: Topping LA90D
DAC + eARC + Streamer(BlueOS): Node X

Any thoughts or guidance? I worry the LA90D cant power my B&W 606 speakers sufficiently for louder TV viewing or a small party in my living room
