I was obsessed with removing those annoying silver rings around the woofer and finally managed to pull the off.
Will paint them to mate black or put thin black felt, just to remove stupid bling-bling glare in the dark.
Here are some internal images of both speakers. I do have to say that regarding the price, they are pretty solidly built.
The small 4" woofer has some serious magnet going on in the back :)

And how are rings removed and if you can take a picture of crossover? I have Q3030i's so curious about it tho use them with magnetic covers so rings don't annoy me.

I used a plastic spoon with a hook at the end. Start removing it closest to the tweeter, then go around. There are plastic pins holding it + sticker pads. Just do it very carefully as the woofer is just below it, you don't want to scratch it (or worse).

Made cheap custom stands for Q3010i out of 28mm MDF. Also taped the woofer surround with 5mm felt, instead of stock plastic rings.
I must say, probably because of the raised position and the top panel of the cabinet being further from the speaker, they sound a loot better now.
Imaging is wider, the whole sound is a bit more airy. I'm fairly satisfied with that small DIY project.
