IEM suggestions for smaller ears (sorry if this is the wrong spot for this question)

I am unsure if this is the right place to post this question. I am very new to this community. I ended up buying the DUSK IEMs, but I have run into a few issues. They are just too big for my ears. The nozzle seems okay for the most part if I use the smallest tip provided but there is a lack of seal. It could be the spring tips just aren't that great either. But the big issue besides the audio and DSP cable is that the body of the IEM is just too big for my ears. I know they should probably fit a bit more snug but they push out pretty hard on my ears and the cartilage so it gets painful after about 30-45 minutes. As for the sound, I very much dislike what the 3.5mm cable gives. There are just parts that I find a bit muddy with certain genres such as rock and heavy/nu metal, as well as any of the classical or bg3/elder scrolls sound tracks I listen to. And I don't find the bass rumbly enough for my liking with those video game sound tracks. My biggest issue with the DSP is that I don't have an android so I can't use the app nor can I actually use the DSP cable with anything other than my laptop. I prefer the sound of the DSPs default tuning but it still isn't my favorite, though that probably wouldn't be as much of an issue if I could EQ it in some fashion. The biggest issue though is the fit is extremely uncomfortable and any suggestions would be fantastic. Budget is just preferably under $600, though ideally $400ish before tax on the higher end. But I am open on that part as price is less of a concern for me over fit and sound

You're definitely in the right place, welcome to ASR. I can't help you with your question, but lots of guys know IEMs and will chime in shortly.

This topic has been posted before and may have some insight for you:

Use custom IEM. Take your ears print and send them to a IEMs manufacturer :)
Or DIY for less money lose.

I bought my 10 year old some Moondrop Chu 2s precisely because they have have a reasonably neutral tuning, good build, are small and keenly priced. You may want to take a punt with these, perhaps with the venerable Qudelix 5k which gives you all the EQ options you need and crossfeed etc. This would work well with iOS devices.

I had problems with big nozzle IEMs like Truthear Zero Blue/Red

But the following I can use without any fitting or comfort issues:
- 7Hz Salnotes Zero 2
- Moondrop Chu 2
- Truthear Hexa

I use them in combination with a Qudelix 5k.
