I bought the Zero Reds and used smaller tips than those in the box.
I am looking for another pair that will fit my small ear canals (doesn't need to be an IEM).
I use an iPhone 15 pro and an Apple dongle to run my In --ears.

Are the nozzles too big, or just the tips? You can get aftermarket tips all over the place, maybe an XS foam pair will do the trick?

Examples of IEMs with smaller nozzle
- Moondrop Chu II
- 7Hz Salnotes Zero2
- Truthear Hexa
- KZ EDC Pro
- Tangzu Wan'er

TRN Type-T in size S are very small eartips

I have many different types of eartips (KBear 07/08, Fiio Sets, TRI Clarion, etc.) here all in S (small) size, but the TRN T-Type S is the smallest.

All of the IEMs you mentioned are really budget friendly, do you have anything to recommend that costs a little more ?

Truthear Nova has a nozzle that is slighly smaller then the nozzle of Zero RED but bigger than the one I mentioned.

And sound quality of the IEMs that I mentioned is very good. You can find here a test of the 7Hz Salnotes Zero2, Moondrop Chu II. Both are budget friendly and very good for small ears.
