1032s for HT usage. Not even a question. Use an 8341 as a center.

1032s have monstrously more headroom - those suckers get loud!

I am intrigued by the 1032C. I was thinking of the 8350A which is almost identically priced in the US but the "old school" look 1032 seems pretty nice too.

I own a pair of 1032A.
In Europe, you may find them second hand relatively cheap.

They are significantly louder than the smaller Genelec IMO.
And when SQ is that good, one end up often wanting more. Or louder.

Save up for the S360A;)

I think that the S360 is optimized for longer listening distance (and higher SPL).

My listening distance will be around 2 meters with a purpose to increase the direct to reflected sound ratio.
Also I don't need high SPL.
The reason I look at the 1032 vs the 8350,
is that I think that the 1032 maybe will be better in the 3rd octave region thanks to the bigger woofer.
Also, the slightly better directivity in the lows, maybe will be a benefit in my living room.

But maybe I'm wrong in these assumptions.
