But that's because you ordered brand new ones and not used ones, right?
I personally bought some refurbished stuff from Topping, Sennheiser and saved a lot of money. I never had bad experience with sellers that have a reputation like Sennheiser. Sometimes outer packaging was damaged but content like brand new.

It is a reliable website. I made some returns without problems
yes I have bought there at least 5-7 times. One time I received a defected device, but was not a problem to return it and get the money back. They sent a carrier to pick up the package at my home.
When you enter the homepage of the article A90PRO they show a wrong price. I would recommend to contact them and tell the the price is not correct, they should correct it, then you press the button. All other articles have correct prices.

I wrote in my initial post that it's a seller on Amazon but only for new items. The refurbished items with discounts up to 40% are only available on their homepage in their outlet section. It's a hifi-store and they have the usual hifi products.
I made several orders, sometimes the outer packaging was damaged. but the refubished items in very good conditions. If something is not ok, contact the service and you will find a solution. in my case they were always very friendly and helpful.

Im using two of the 10.17 Edge with Elac DBR62. In my small Livingroom HT they start rolling of just a hair above 20Hz.
Really well build and not too imposing in size.
I like them enough to be contemplating switching to Arendals for over a year now and still resisting.
