DAC with digital pass through

Which DAC's have a digital pass through, preferably AES/EBU out. The objective is to power a studio monitor with AES/EBU and a couple of subs with an analog signal. The unit should measure well (does not have to be stellar) and cost under $500.

Then again, you'd still need something else to convert aes/ebu digital signal to analog for the sub.

Topping D10s, coupled with a Hosa ODL312?

USB is the only digital input for the Topping D10s, but it has analogue output as well as digital passthrough. The Hosa converts TOSLINK to AES/EBU. Not an elegant solution, but perhaps it would work for you? Within budget, at any rate.

Topping D10s, coupled with a Hosa ODL312?

USB is the only digital input for the Topping D10s, but it has analogue output as well as digital passthrough. The Hosa converts TOSLINK to AES/EBU. Not an elegant solution, but perhaps it would work for you? Within budget, at any rate.

I know of the Hosa unit. This is one idea I have considered.

The excellent Soncoz DACs, ‎SGD1 & ‎LA-QXD1, have coaxial digital out which you can covert to AES
