Here are the PRELIM MSRP price targets for each 2ch Integrated models.
These prices do not include the price of the future upgrade board (to add additional features like HDMI input and possibly Dirac EQ). However, I will not be charging a profit on the upgrade board when it does come out, so it will be sold at cost and will be made so the user can install themselves (or send back to me for install for a small fee).

Please keep in mind these prices can change (up or down) as we get closer to actual production (hoping for Q4 2024):

2ch Hypex NC252MP = MSRP ~ $1095
2ch Hypex NC502MP = MSRP ~ $1195

2ch Hypex NCx500 = MSRP ~ $1450

2ch Purifi 1ET6525SA = MSRP ~ $1495

Platin amp competitor? Someone has to pull WiSA out of the gutter, might as well be you!

With expansion slots... you can pull and Emo and never use them! :p It's gotta be a Pre-pro with 20+ channels.
:D

Or not. *shrugs

;)

Those will definitely NOT be the final vent hole sizes

The integrated amplifier with sub out hinted here.

And with expansion board for DAC, possibly streamer?

Here is a wish before the end product is even announced: please don't use a potentiometer, even a good one like Alps, even less if it is unbalanced. Ideally XLRs in, balanced buffer, resistor network attenuation, balanced pre-out to the power amp modules. Fingers crossed here.

I am looking forward to the official release. Consider sticking to added features that are not likely to require firmware updates, so as to not 'dilute' the customer service experience from Buckeye Amps.

Expansion slots are always welcome. Reduce electronic waste and no need to upgrade a otherwise perfectly fine working unit that is just outdated on the inputs.. but hopefully not like NAD did.. where generation 2 of the cards is out and not compatible with the hardware that would actually need them.

And shouldn't be some streamer card that is more expensive than a standalone streamer that does more

......coming soon!

But still not ready to officially announce or discuss in full detail.
So have fun with this really low res picture of part of the back panel of the prototype case.
I would love to see a combination multi-channel amplifier (e.g. with Hypex NCORE) plus DSP with 2-channels in and 6- or 8-channels out via 8-pole SpeakOn connectors!

If that is not in the cards at the moment, maybe you would consider reaching out to Al Clark at Danville Signal (in Minnesota) about the DSP part. He does that stuff very well and has some OEM boards in his lineup. Such a combo could be a great product that could appeal to both manufacturers as well as DIYers...
