No complaints so far, it does what it needs to do. Can't really compare to XM4 which I guess is leading the pack because those didn't fit my ears that great.
Sounds like an immediate upgrade is no real need then, eventually the batteries will give in, will see at that point

acordingly by rtings, best tws at moment is bose quietcomfort aerbuds ii. they have best ANC ,also im compared them vs my technics az60 and airpods pro and my new bose outperforms them both easy everywhere. https://www.rtings.com/headphones/reviews/best/wireless-bluetooth-earbuds-in-ear-headphones My two set -are keepers now.:) on bose app shows my EQ'ed sound similar to stellia.now happy user here.
After the humongous sony wf-1000xm3 I doubt I will go for weird form factor again. And I have big ear canals ...

very strange, but i have a bit smaller right ear canal, so use L size left eartip amd M size for right ear for comfortable feel bose QCii , ring seal gummy i dont see difference in comfort in size, but use both L size for nice and easy close all gaps and sound feel like spatial ones. waiting from bose new formware with aptx codec update. today sold my good sounding technics az60 aerbuds. those was comfy too and better app EQ vs bose only 3 part of EQ -bass,mids,highs. no ant Hz written. good EQ firmware from bose nice to see too.

I got some Comply eartips for the Buds 2 Pro. Although I bought the wrong ones (for Buds Pro) I think these are the ticket for people requiring extreme sound isolation. With ANC and some music on (even low volume) you can't hear any outside noise.

I'm not sure I even like this effect. It sounds just weird, it's kind of nice having music playing in the background while still having some idea what's happening around you. I ordered set of the proper ones also, I might use them in subway or airplane. Just walking around outside I think I prefer the standard silicone tips.

That's what those Comply eartips are good for - sound isolation. Perfect for the airplane (I fly quite often). It shuts out airplane noise, screaming kids, and ... umm, emergency announcements. I once slept through an announcement and woke up when we landed. I was quite surprised to find that I was at the wrong airport, it turns out that while I was asleep the Captain had to divert to the nearest airport because of some kind of malfunction.

Any recomendations for Bluetooth adapters? Seems like Fiio is the go to bluetooth adapter, but I'm open to suggestions.

Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. I hope to see a review by @amirm soon. No that he has finally decided on the S23 Ultra (I am very happy with my S23+)

I have these myself after seeing the review on Rtings. They are really good! They sound amazing to me.

@amirm hopefully will review them soon... I assume he is still happy with his Cadillac sized smartphone

They have a really good tuning! Basically hugging the Harman curve. Maybe a liiittle bit harsh at medium to high volume, but great at lower volumes. I see so many of them being sold unopened for about 60% of their original price since they are sold together with the S23.

Does anyone have experience with Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 PRO?
Reddit posts seem to indicate they sound superb. Maybe even better than Samsung Buds 2 PRO ...
Although ... Reddit might be full of paid social marketers.

They didn't rate so well on rtings.com (not sure, how trustworthy their reviews are, though)

Also mainly for working out (iPhone user), so thinking:
a) Either get the best sounding TWS earbuds up to 100 usd/eur, for maximum enjoyment.
b) Or just get cheap, sport-specific TWS earbuds, hoping they'd provide enough sound quality.
Unfortunately, the shops don't accept TWS returns, due to hygienic issues, so ... would be grateful for some insights :)

Anker Soundcore Space A40 are very very good and can run 7-8 hours. Very customizable via its app. Their fit depends on the silicon tip.

For higher fidelity, I use also use Qudelix 5K with Etymotic ER4XR IEMs. These give you a secure fit, superb sound quality, the combo is great for riding and running exercise, as long as you don't mind clipping the cable to your wear (the Qudelix has a clip also), and long battery life.

I am looking to replace my Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 which after some 4 plus years and rugged use are nearing their end of life. Plus they hurt when I fall asleep on them. Their successors are too bulky (see below).

My criteria
- Best noise cancellation for airplane use
- At least 8 hours battery life to last an intercontinental flight
- Small so one can fall asleep on them while on the plane
- Wireless

- Harman compliance is nice to have but low on my priority list

The AirPods Pro 2 and the Sony WF-1000XM5 came to mind. Any experience with regard to above criteria? Any alternatives?

(Please no Bose their QuietComforts are crap and died twice after 1 year plus their customer service was crap).

Thx.
