Best HDMI (e)ARC to coaxial or AES/EBU

I know not many people use HDMI ARC to coaxial interfaces. It seems to be the best way to get audio from a TV (even if it's only 48kHz, I wonder if eARC could be any better). Anyway, my question is, what are the good hdmi arc to coaxial interfaces you know? There are the Chinese 'audio extractors', but can we do better? Maybe there is a diy project? Any tip about HDMI feeding my DAC would be helpful.

The Audiopraise Vanity pro is not eARC but kind of sounds like what you’re asking about. It is not cheap by any means yet it does take HDMI sources and converts them into low jitter spdif at very high quality.

Amirm has reviewed it and there is a decent discussion going on it’s review thread.
