Hi guys,
Am looking for help.
I have a 6000A and since yesterday both my speakers started making a (slightly hissing) sound/noise. The louder the volume, the louder the noise. The sound is not overwhelming - I can still hear the music very well - but it is clearly annoying. The best attempt for describing the noise is the sound of a turntable's needle against a turning LP, or the wind blowing through the leaves,... I would not desribe it as a 'hum' as a hum invokes the thought of a lower, deeper sound. Maybe it can also be recognized as the sound you would hear on very-very old recordings.
I have tried several things without success:

I have tried several things without success:
- disconnected all the speaker cables (from the speakers and from the 6000A), and reconnected them again. It seems unlikely to me that the speakers would be the issue since the issue started occurring at the same time on both of them, but anyhow tried it.
- power on and off of all my components
- used another electricity socket
- removed the connection with the streamer and played from the 6000CDT (using the DAC of the 6000A)
- connected the (Wiim Ultra) streamer again and used it's DAC iso the DAC of the 6000A. So whatever DAC I am using, the same issue persists
- played different songs from different albums to be sure it was not related to the recording itself
- changed the power supply cable (used the one of the cdt on my amp)
- did a reset of the amp
