Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with my sound problem. I just bought a Vizio Elevate soundbar. It's connected via Arc to my Samsung tv. My fire cube is connected to my sound bar via HDMI.
My sound for streaming movies is great. The Dolby Atmos sounds excellent. When i ask Alexa to play Amazon music the sound is very low. When i stream from Amazon music on my phone the music is loud. I cant seem to figure this out. If the sound is fine watching movies on the Fire cube why is Amazon music so low? Any help would be appreciated.
