Anyone who has both a PA3S and this SMSL A300 (I know at least a couple folks here does).
Can you confirm how is the noise floor level of this A300?? Mine has quite higher noise floor/Tweeter hiss level compared to my PA3S. Not to the point that bothers me but wants to confirm. Probably by design to get more gain/power VS the much reduced gain/power of the PA3S by design making it super quiet.

Anyone has an internal pic of this A300 too?? Any output choke/filter inside?? I have a feeling this thing may not measure too well (similar to the issue of those output choke-less Infineon amp like the A100, etc.)
My unit, by ear, as almost inaudible noise flor, tweeter is omnes audio amt 50.

So, for better understanding and better perception of sound, this is my bedroom system, it's under construction, the small monitors will be on top of a pair of closed box subwoofers, at this point, the system is made by the A300, smsl sanskrit mk2, Google Chromecast audio, both with a dedicated low noise power supply, music streaming by deezer hi-fi, the room acoustic is not the best, in any case, I love how they sound! Recorded with Dayton Audio mm6 mic on Android phone...

MA5332 is not based on multi-level switching technology, so yes it is IRS2092 with integrated low RDS(ON) mosfets and protection circuitry.

How do those chips compare tho which one is better on paper? :)

Does MA5332MS also have this:

MA12070 adopts a new power amplifer architecture MERUS, which is completely different from the traditional class D power amplifer. In this design, each half-bridge uses four mosfets(M1--M4), and the capacitor "flying" between them as an additional power supply. Rail to generate a three-level output signal at the output switch node.

Do not keep your devices on the floor, dust and dirt collect there very quickly!!!
I know, you are right, I have a strong W factor in the room, in any case I'll have things changed, and add the subwoofers, sub amplifier, rtc

I’m not really sure but the A300 gets much warmer than the AO200 during operation.
Sounds a bit ominous. Warm you say, even at normal listening volume? What kind of speakers were you using when it got really that warm(Ohm?) ? I can ask anyway, you don't happen to have an IR thermometer so you can measure?

Beyond that. A300 looks really interesting, for the price and the power it produces at 0.1% distortion. Plus it has a remote control.:)

Please, someone send one to Amir immediately for testing!:)

Edit:
Saw this in the thread, is there any graph for 8 Ohm?

Incidentally, measured at 1kHz I see. The interesting thing, as usual, with class D: How it measure in the higher audible frequencies. That when the measuring equipment set to a minimum of bandwidth up to 80 kHz.:)

MA12070 is the best but... low power. Maybe an amplifier with 2+2 MA12070...
I agree with your opinion. And thank you for uploading the data materials.

At the same time as the announcement of the SMSL A30/Sabaj A20a 2022, I investigated the characteristics of the MA5332MS chip in detail and the high noise level was my biggest concern.
However, when I actually purchased the A300/A20a 2022, it was far lower than the level I could imagine from the values in the data sheet. I have tested many TI TPA325* series amps such as the AIYIMA A07. In the data sheet, the noise level of the TPA325 * series is lower than that of the MA5332MS, but the actual noise level of the A300/A20a 2022 is much lower than those. I compared it with DA-9 and AO200, but the noise level is slightly higher, but I don't mind at all. You can no longer hear it 15 cm away from the speaker.
I don't know how the A300/A20a 2022 achieved low noise levels, but I don't think there's any noise worry about the SMSL A300/Sabaj A20a 2022.

Promising, thanks for the info.:)
Thanks!

So it seems to be Stereo 165Wx2(4Ω) / 85Wx2(8Ω) at 1% distortion and roughly Stereo 100Wx2(4Ω) / 50Wx2(8Ω) at 0.1%.

Plus as I mentioned with remote control and built-in power supply.Hm, given the A300's price right now. Especially if you have 4 Ohm speakers ( if it doesn't get excessively warm during prolonged operation/using) its a very interesting amp option I must say.:D

Did anyone order from hifiexpress and had good experience?
Two topping products, both fully functional. No warranty stuff with them though, so don't have the full experience..

Is it even possible to implement it?
I do not know. Class D is a different technology than class AB. I suspect not.

I asked here:

This thing was as low as $150 usd off smsl amazon... i have to question why smsl would release the DA6 at $99 at roughly the same time with a measley 13 x 2 @ 8 ohm when this A300 is available???

to me there's still a big "WHAT'S TH' CATCH?"

If you're doing 80w x 2 then there must be something amiss... I'm just waiting for Amir to lift the veil.
