What headphone(s) do you own ?

Bought the $69 JT1 for my daughter three weeks ago for when she gets back from University next week. I swear I just wanted to break them in and make sure they weren’t faulty….they haven’t left my ears in two weeks.

Ridiculously easy to drive. No need for EQ…just $3 Walmart iPhone dongle and have fun. Incredibly enjoyable and low maintenance headphone.

I would fully agree. These damn Jt1's are a miracle at their basement bargain price. Easy to drive:
BT DAC/AMP: FiiO BTR5, Muse HiFi M4
Vintage receiver: Hitachi SR-503L
Dongle DAC: Abigail, Tiandirenhe (CX31993 + MAX97220)
Well tuned. Good detail, extension. Nice base. I enjoy M/F vocal genre's with it.
Comfortable!!!!
Cable with MIC is pretty cool.

I have a pair of DT 770 PROs 250Ω for monitoring electric guitar. I have a pair of DT 880 Edition 250Ω for mixing and HIFI listening. I have three pairs of DT 990s Editions. (I don't have any issues with the treble obviously!) Two are 250Ω Black Special Editions. One is for HIFI listening, and the other one is for PC gaming. The third pair Edition 32Ω for mobile. I bought the third pair 32Ω for mobile before I bought my first DAC/AMP. I don't own any Beyerdynamic stock, but if they were publicly owned I should.

Next, I'm looking at the FiiO FT3 as an impulse buy for something different, or something from HIFIMan like the Sundara.

So, I did end up buying the FiiO FT3, and then the FiiO FT5, and then the FiiO JT1!

The FT3 has an amazing soundstage and I think it will eventually replace my DT 990 Edition for gaming. The FiiO FT5 are my favorite for hi-fi listening now overall, with the FT3 being a close second. The JT1 is simply amazing at $70 USD. They sound great, they are comfortable, and they have a microphone. I've been using them on the work laptop for calls. and casual hi-fi listening. They are a lot of bang for the buck.

Yep, them FT3 are certainly under appreciated.
Have not heard/measured the FT5 and JT1.

I also really enjoyed listening to the FT5. With the right EQ and heaphone amp, the sound was very rich to my ears.
Excellent bass, smooth mids, widely adjustable highs to suit every taste. Unfortunately, I had to return them .

I would like Aeon RT but here in Italy I would pay too much for shipping and taxes.
Have you had a chance to try it?

Audio Technica ATH-PRO700MK2, old DJ bass cannons, not used now.
Yamaha HPH-MT220, similar to above, lost in a junk box somewhere.
Shure SRH840, loved these, my first "decent" cans (IMHO). Broke more than once. Replaced by 1540 now.
Shure SRH1540, nice, my reference closed back.
Denon AH-GC25W, Small, light, comfy, wireless, for work and travel. Good sound for what they are.
HIfiman Sundara closed, cheap and cheerful closed planars. New so jury still out. Subjectively, very detailed, like them so far.

Open;
Fischer Audio FA-011, first open cans, still love them. Punch well above their price. Worn out and falling apart now.
Hifiman HE400se, my first planars, great value, highly recommended.
Hifiman Arya Stealth, just superb, probably close to end game for me.
Audeze LCD2c, fun cans, not even sure what I like so much about these but keep going back to them.

The Senns have seen better days and have for the most part been relegated to computer listening (youtube, games etc.). I'm thinking about selling the Sundaras; as far as I've been able to tell, the Audeze do everything the Sundaras do, but better.

I'm at the point now where I kind of feel like I'm going to have to spend a boatload of money to get appreciably better phones. I'm tempted by the ZMF Atriums, but I'm having a really hard time convincing myself to spend $2500 for another pair of headphones.

LoL... I am in the same boat. Do I buy nice DCA phones, a AC unit and a UPS or nice phones? ...LoL. Probably the UPS because the summer weather is ripe for lightning and the power grid is too loaded down at times and fluctuates with spikes and brown outs. When all the electric cars and trucks come the grid is going to need a major overhaul.
