Nicely-sorted recording, no esoteric hi-fi recording techniques, nor crappy compression. Very enjoyable on equalised LCD-2s, effortless resolution of detail that's not derived from excessive tonal emphasis in one narrow range over another, but a smooth gentle trend with low distortion.
On Tidal, see if you can hear the:
- Isolated, highly attenuated whoops from the audience around 1:15-1:18, 1:31 (buried under the instrumentals but still audible)
- Gene's mic picking up the rest of the band harmonising vocals (their mic feeds are muted) around 1:18-1:22
- The rest of the band's mic feed is turned on and we can hear the harmonies from 1:33 onwards
- An isolated audience member's "YEAH!" from far right and behind 2:39
- The recording skips at 2:55. I think I hear the skip in the video too but it's much less clear.
