Sweet! I'll need to remember to check it out.
..... perhaps bring my earbuds to work - LOL

I actually used to own original RCA pressing of this album. Amazing recording with mastering quality beyond belief. It sounded fantastic even after years of hard beating by the kids, etc. Not sure but perhaps it is still sitting somewhere in my brother's storage room...

I was just reading they originally recorded 3 channel for left, center and right and then mixed that down for the end users in 2 channel stereo. The pioneers of stereo sound.

Haven't posted in this thread for moons, here's a quick catch-up ...

The Gurldoll EP is new, leaning into an alt-pop sound this time. Jack Off Jill is a great riot-gurll punk band that left us with only two albums, both gems. Banshee may have invented fairy metal, always fun. Cherry Glazerr is somewhere between grunge and indie rock, somewhat sparse sound and very nice vocal style. Coucou Chloe is electronic/dance when you've done some downers and are chillin' ... Swan Meat certainly invented invented sludge goa, and is the best breakbeat/hardcore/techno artist around (imnsho of course). The others are probably familiar. Not so many new releases lately so I've been following several nostalgia trails. Most are holding up well. But I'm no longer impressed by 100 gecs.
