Anne Clark in 1985, still a great song, this was playing in the clubs for years.

Through these city nightmares you'd walk with me
And we'd talk of it with idealistic assurance
That it wouldn't tear us apart
We'd keep our heads above the blackened water
But there's no room for ideals in this mechanical place
And you're gone now

Through a grimy window that I can't keep clean
Through billowing smoke that's swallowed the sun
You're nowhere to be seen

I was a hard-rock, classic-rock and metal head listener for most of my life although in recent years my musical tastes have changed in a big way. So now I am discovering allll the stuff that I missed out on. I'm enjoying female artists more than I did before. Britney Spears is great. So here's a Britney posting.

Now that mutually assured destruction and possible nuclear annihilation is back on the menu, it's time to go back the cold war.

The Cassandra Complex - Defcon 1:

Come to my bed up in the sky, and we will fly
And we will cry, and we will try to simplify our lives
Our lives, our lives

Come dry your eyes, my butterfly
Come to my bed up in the sky
And we will try to justify our lives
Our lives, our lives

Come to my bed up in the sky, and we will multiply
Give me your thighs, my succubi
And then we'll try
And try again, and try again
Until we get it right

We're going to die, we're going to die
We're going to die, we're going to die
We're going to die, we're going to die
We're going to die, we're going to die

Hehehe. Great song.

This one is dedicated to my neighbors. They like "Hecq - Pulverized", whether they want to or not.

Made by Ben Lukas Boyson, who drifted into abstract, more ambient music in recent years.

Equally as cool, Erich Kunzel and the Cincinatti Pops Orchestra play the Pink Panther theme.
If you see a CD that has the Telarc symbol and Erich Kunzel written on it, just buy it, it's a great recording.

95% eye candy, for those who might be suffering from a lack of potential chemical entertainments other than beer:
