thinking about Buying a new dac/amp for my dextop

I am planning to upgrade my dac//amp for my dextop, since my current one is already 7 years old. My current is nuforce udac-3 dac/amp planning to invest on it around 100$.
Planning to use it with my speakers Klipsch Heritage 2.1, and sometimes with my headphones. Should I upgrade that dac or it still can do the job and keep it.

That's going to depend on a bunch of things, particularly whether the tube amp was engineered and built to be a quiet, well performing amp based on standard metrics (low noise, low distortion) or if is more of an effects box (whether through incompetence or design).

for example, if take this one the designee is aa bit close, and the tube aren't that apparent.

I will order from amazon and try it. If I like it will keep it if not they have a good return policy.
