Hi all,

I'm in the process of adding a couple of subs to my room and I would like your opinion on how to better provide signal to each DSP/amps.

So, I have the following gear:

TV (LG C9)
BluRay Reader (Panasonic DP-UB450)
nVidia Shield Pro 2019

DAC (SMSL DO100, non Pro) [RCA out+XLR]
DSP (Thomann t.racks DSP 4x4 Mini - here I was thinking of using it only for the bass management) [balanced jacks in/out]

Main Speakers Power Amp (Fosi audio v3 mono) [XLR in]
Main Speakers (Q Acoustics 3050i)

Sub Amp (I already own a Behringer EP2500 from my bass guitar playing days, thinking of using that) [balanced jacks or XLR in]
Subs (thinking of building 2x 50L sealed DIY with GRS 12SW-4HE)

Headphone Amp (Sabaj A20h) [XLR in]
Headphones (Hifiman Edition XS)

1) should I Y-split the XLR outs of the DO100 to 3 XLR using 2 splitters in series (v3 Mono, A20h and DSP), bypassing the not so great virtues of the DSP in the higher frequencies and using it only towards the sub amp? Obviously I would either be using the headphones or the speakers+subs. I think the DO100 can simultaneously use the RCA and XLR but I'm not sure if it would lose the balanced property also on the XLR out in that case. Maybe I'm better served with a XLR switch to change from speakers to headphones.
2) should I use the t.racks DSP also for room correction of the speakers?
3) should I add a Wiim Ultra before the DAC in order to use it for the main speakers EQ room correction and its sub out directly to the t.racks DSP?
4) the room is around 10m x 5m x 3m with some asymmetries. I was planning of putting the subs in the opposing corners of the long side. Is a 15m copper cable of 2.5mm section ok to use, if I keep using the EP2500? The other option I was thinking of is using 2 more mono blocks for the subs and a 15m XLR signal cable instead of an audio cable.

Thanks a lot to anyone for stopping by and putting in your 2c, it's highly appreciated!
