Silly question but how exactly do I send equipment to Amir for review

Basically what it says on the tin can. I might run into a few exotic devices soon-ish (a discontinued but very unusual headphone and a couple of IEMs that are limited edition/small company type stuff) and I might be able to send them over for about a month or such for measurements (I am extremely curious about how they measure).
Is there like a form to fill out or should I just bravely DM @amirm ?
