Hey y'all,
I have a question about my d90se - this is strickly about Tidal playback and yes, MQA.. I have the driver installed and update 1.87 and the thing is, the display will show (the correct) either 41.1, 48, 96 etc bitrate on the display on the dac, but in the dedicated 'topping usb audio device control panel' app its 'capping' at 48khz in the 'current sample rate' option. So if I play 41.1 it will show that in the app, 48 will show as well, but songs above 48khz will still show 48khz.. Why is this? My guess is that the final 'unfold' is happening in the dac itself? Again the display on the dac shows correctly and tidal is running in exclusive mode.
