One could of course always use as many monos as one has channels. All-in-one-enclosure is really just a convenience (and cost saving), nothing else. I’d wager that putting monos by the speakers and running XLR rather than speaker cables might be a technically superior approach.

Or several stereo amps, and a mono for the center (or stereo for the center and leave a channel unused).

Or stereo for the centre and bi-amp it :)

Yes, that works to get the required number of channels. It doesn’t help much with eliminating the speaker cables, though.

Looks nice how much are they?
A quick google search says $6,300.00 from centrehifi.com and americansoundesales.com and $4,900.00 from tweakstudiodirect.com

Not sure why it is even more expensive than the Vera amp that was tested here recently with excellent results.

Spanish brand ATM Audio has a Purifi-based model called the Llevant-450. Interestingly, it is equipped with an input buffer based on Korg Nutube triode valves.

Outside the ridiculous "benchmark" statement
- internal build quality is meh due to awful soldering/routing of the speaker outs
- interesting integration of 8 Purifi 1ET400A layouts on a single board, better done than T&A
- min impedance 4 Ohm non bridged. Really?

It really does not look beautiful. Hopefully, the series will look different ;)
