It's a treble canon. Fortunately EQ could help here.
I don't think it will do much for cleaner air though and in the Corona crises I doubt it would be approved as a good replacement for a surgical mask.

EDIT: Those are a crop of sixteen Altec 288 compression drivers, for those who are naive of such things. They had apparently been weaponized.
