dt1990pro earpad to amiron home?

Has anyone here tried applying the dt1990pro's pad to amiron home? If so, please let me know what it sounds like.
Because both of these headphones are using the same Tesla driver, so their biggest difference in sound is probably because of the earpad... i guess?

The word Tesla says nothing about any acoustic properties of the driver nor acoustic tuning in the headphones nor that the drivers are the same or even similar.
It only means that the magnetic field strength in the air gap is around or above 1 Tesla.

Pads certainly are part of a headphone's tuning,

Furthermore... DT1990 has 2 different pads so am assuming you mean using the Analytical pads on the Amiron.
I assume the (excessive) warmth in the Amiron will be reduced when these pads are used,
