I am encountering Msg 210, error code 1 after purchasing the Multichannel + Bass license. When I launch the Dirac Live Processor application on Windows, this error appears. Additionally, when I attempt volume calibration, no sound is produced.

The 30-minute gapless audio file link provided in the manual is broken—it seems the file has been removed from the website. When I try using a regular gapless audio file, I get the same error during volume calibration. Furthermore, the error persists after selecting my seating arrangement and attempting calibration.

I'm struggling to find any customer support for Dirac Live. There is no email or phone number available, and when I try to submit a message through the website, I encounter another error in both Chrome and Edge browsers. I have another issue of being unable to upload the log files. I have tried both .zip and .rar. I also can't seem to select 2.1 in the application as well.

Has anyone experienced similar issues with Dirac Live, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?

I'm having no issues accessing Dirac's support on either Firefox or Edge. What are you clicking to get to that page? Is it this one? Do you have any extensions common to both browsers that you could try turning off?

Wow! Thanks for the fast responses. After some trial and error I managed to create a support ticket and found a submit request with different options that let me submit a ticket. You get an e-mail to this website to manage tickets. If anyone is having issues creating tickets going to that website may help. If not I can post the correct options to navigate to the working one.

After you create the request you can add a comment and attach the log files from the website I listed.

Hopefully my solution is a quick fix, I'll post the solution once Dirac gets back to me.

Minor update: Dirac got back to me. The 30-minute gapless file is now back up.

We're still working on resolving my error. Initially it seemed like Dirac Live was attempting to connect to my Oculus VR input mic, which I ended up disabling. Still having issues, but making progress. My latest log files were sent over to them.

Turns out the issue was ASIO drivers. If anyone is encountering this issue, please install those. For the Fosi Audio ZD3 they are found here.

Only thing we couldn't get to work is Dirac Live + DLBC as DLBC needs a separate channel. This is overcome by getting a multichannel DAC. The miniDSP HT Flex(x) is confirmed to work by another member and should process both Dirac Live + DLBC on the standalone desktop version only via usb.

Thank you again everyone and special thanks to Glenn @ Dirac Live customer support.

I can also confirm the miniDSP Flex HTX works with DL + DLCB on windows 11. I have channels L + R on balanced output to my speakers followed by unbalanced RCA to LFE on the subwoofer.
