dirac live refund policy

ok i have already bought dirac full bass control 2 times and got refund. Can i buy it again and get refund or will there be any issue? i have x4800h with pb 2000 pro and have square room. dirac does the job but still i dont hear much dialogue in movies, i have fronts only. should i buy with another email account dirac live. will they ban my avr
