ok i have just now started to hear some click noise from my 2.1 setup. I have dali opticon 2 mk2 and svs pb 2000 pro with panasonic 4k player and sony oled. I heard today by sitting near avr and its confirmed from avr. what to do now? Its still in warranty

A physical click coming from the Denon's chassis, or a click noise from your speakers, which are connected to the Denon?

If it's the former, that's most likely the sound of a relay. There are many relays inside the Denon, which may trigger during normal operation for many different reasons.

bro it is from denon and it has happened suddenly on sunday never had this issue in past 7 months

Have you updated firmware that may have put you back at the defaults (which I think includes ECO mode)?

So from my understanding what you are hearing is the initial start-up (one click safety delay-relay switch) for protection from the power on mode and everything else downstream performs as should. Are there any other issues we should be made aware of?

The click is coming from the startup relay. Why are you bothered by it? In my setup, in which I use CEC and the Apple TV bluetooth remote, I can hear 3 clicks when turning the system on or off: one from x4800, one from the TV, and one from my external relay driven by x4800's output trigger for the cooling fan.

Its not initial startup. Initisl is normal. Clicking is while watching movie

When we turn on avr its normal click. But while watching movie its there and abnormal

Then after we'll do a sustaining the impact test by running the sine wave through the system at maybe 440Hz and tap on the Denon with a screwdriver on the top, sides and back etc to see if there is a bad connection inside the Denon. If there is anything intermittent with the Denon or speakers these two tests should show that.

You know what if i put pressure on top of chasis with hands it has same click sound lol

Click almost certainly means a relay.
Could be dirty or failing relay -- or, of course, something upstream, or downstream of the culpable relay.
I reckon this device contains more than just the 'power on' relay(?).
