Hi everyone,
A year ago I bought an ifi micro idsd black label DAC, I bought it used on Ebay, I used it normally for a while, I have only used it connected to a PC via USB cable and output to a Fosi BT20A pro amp that sends signal to some JBL Stage A130 speakers.

Due to life's circumstances, I stopped sitting down and enjoying myself for a while...
This DAC is always connected to my laptop (which I work with in my office day and night)

Nowadays:
I have the problem that now that I want to listen to music my DAC indicates low battery (blinking red) and starts to distort the signal, I turn it off, unplug it, reconnect it and it starts charging (approx 1 hour, blue charging light), then I turn it on and listen to music, then after 15 minutes it indicates low battery again (blinking red light) and little by little it starts to distort the signal due to low battery.

It's curious that when you connect this dac to the PC and then turn it on, it goes into direct power mode (the way I usually use it)

If you turn on the dac and then connect it to a device, it works with its internal battery (I never use it this way)

I suspect it's faulty, and I think... if having it always connected to my PC without using it, this affected its battery or charging center or USB cable.

Perhaps some of you can deduce what could be happening and what solution there could be.

As a note:
I updated the firmware to the latest version (2021) according to the IFI page.
