I have bought a pair of EM272 with a 3.5 stereo plug. It works great with my Zoom h4n, but i now upgrade to Zoom F3, and this one need XLRs.
So my plan is to redo the wiring and connect each of the two EM272 to an XLR plug, like this product, but i have no idea where each cable should go on the XLR plug. I just know the EM272 needs phantom power, so the connection needs to take that into consideration. I have read also in the description of the product that it have an internal resistor, so no need to solder one anywhere i guess.
Can someone give me some guidance for nail the wiring please ? A schematic or drawing might help, as i'm a complete beginner on DIY wiring.
