Bluesound Node - Can it handle movies through eArc for 2 channel?

I noticed that the Bluesound Node has an eArc connection. Does that mean that you can connect your eArc from your TV and play Netflix movies with 2 channel and a subwoofer?

Wouldn't the NODE need to be able to decode all the DD formats and DTS formats to do that converting it to analog?

Yes, you can play movies as you describe. Decoding formats is another matter; suggest asking the experts on the Bluesound community site.
