You should get them in plenty of time for Xmas, I ordered the Zero2 on day of release and they took 8 days to get from China to my house in Scotland.

I also ordered Xmas beer from a brewery down south in Kent that was sent on Dec 6th using Parcelforce, needless to say they lost the parcel, then found it, then damaged it so sent back to brewery, then back out for delivery, delivery attempted back at the brewery where it was dispatched from instead of my address in Scotland and finally back out for delivery but it’s been sitting in Parcelforce Medway depot for the last 4 days without movement. Guess I’ll be teetotal at Xmas

Edit - 30 mins after I post the above I get a ping for my emails, check emails and I find this. I’m not sure who has my parcel but it certainly ain’t myself as I’ve been home all day……..utter fucking useless cunting fuck pigs of a delivery service

Good news. Your parcel XN3920250 from CURIOUS BREWERY LIMITED has been delivered today by Parcelforce.
How was your delivery?

Hey, don't hold back: say what you really mean! :) :) :)

OT but surely you can get good beer closer to home?

Looks like all those blissed-out kids walking around with their earbuds (IEMs?) that everyone was making fun of were on to something after all.

Next step: performance wireless IEMS with replaceable batteries.
Replaceable, not rechargeable, which been around for a while?

Not when you stay in rural galloway, Hopefully sorted now as they're sending it 24hr delivery.

Ordered one immediately. Thank you for your review!

I received my set today and they sound GREAT! Very happy with them so far. The blue nozzles fit my ears perfectly; can't even tell I'm wearing them. :p My Moondrop Dawn Pro isn't here yet to play them so they've only been tested on a Denon X3600h (model#?) and some Audioengine desktop powered speakers.

AFAIK the only issue with the Apple device is low output. I think it's 1.0 V in the USA and even less, 0.5, in Europe. Is 0.5 enough for these IEMs?

I use the European version and it's more than enough for me with IEMs (even with EQ and negative preamp gain).
With the Truthear Zero:Red, I don't think I've ever pushed it more than half of its output.

The worst idea is to use cotton swabs - if it goes wrong, you have a blocked outer ear canal, or in the worst case, a hole in the eardrum.

That's just utter BS. Anyone with half a brain can effectively keep their ears perfectly clean, free of unnecessary wax buildup by using a cotton tipped/dipped ear buds and never damage a thing- for their entire life.

That's just a typical scare-campaign response from medical 'professionals' desperately trying to retain their revenue stream for basic chit anyone can do.

And this comes from someone who knew where the Keeler otoscope was in my father's medical bag and autcolaved all the pieces after he'd checked to make sure some random parasite hadn't bored its way into my brain...

I was convinced by my own GIF... :D

Couldn't resist and ordered!
When they come in, I just tell the wife to wrap them. It’ll be “somewhat” of a surprise since I won’t open until Christmas. Lol

(VU meter, these IEMs, a new MagnaCut auto EDC) :D

I have the Hidiz DH80S but was wondering if something like this UGREEN Headphone Adapter Lightning to 3.5mm Adapter Apple MFi Certified Aux Audio Jack Dongle Compatible with iPhone 14 Pro Max/14 Plus/13 12 Pro Max/SE/11 Pro Max/XS, Grey https://a.co/d/beNjPmD would work for on the go convenience without much degradation?

So why have you left @restorer-john 's post up, the one claiming stuffing cotton buds in your ear is fine, whilst removing my post in which I linked to medical papers demonstrating that the dangers are certainly not "utter BS"? At least I was aiming to address potentially dangerous misinformation than leave it go unaddressed.

I understand the removal of OT posts but please at least be thorough so that you don't only leave the original posts containing misinformation up. Or are you going to now remove @respice finem 's post whilst leaving up the post accusing doctors of scaremongering for monetary gain?

I wondered the same but probably just overlooked.
And the beer not getting delivered.. etc etc

I ordered a pair of zero 2s.

There. Back on topic. Anyone wanna answer my “dongle” question?

Any reason not to get the Apple one?
