I recently moved back to Canada with a Leema tucana 2 and it’s 230v and I contacted Leema and they said I have to ship it back to convert it over to 120v. But they have since not gotten back to me on price or any further steps. Caught in a pickle.
Has anymore done any of these conversions before specifically with a Leema ?

I know this might be a stupid question.

You’re saying rewire a 240v plug to fit the uk style plug and it’ll just work…?

You can buy a transformer for this issue. For examples look on amazon.

99% of gear made nowadays has dual primaries (2x115V) which can be configured for both 115V and 230V operation.

Sometimes manufacturers make it easy putting a switch, sometimes there is a jumper and sometimes you need to rearrange some wires.

Look at the transformer, if it says 2x115V, then it can be done.

Ya Sadly no switch :(
And I checked the transformers nothing labeled on them.
Thanks though
