2.1 desktop setup help

Dear all,

I am looking for a 2.1 system for at a 180x80 desk. It is theoretically possible to mount the speakers further away from the table.

There the three setups I have in my eye (buying from Thomann Switzerland):

This is my room layout. It's a very small office. The RME DAC will be connected to a Windows desktop.

Could anyone give me some recommendations on what to choose for my particular room and desk?
I still don't have any room treatment.
If I could run without sub, it would be even nicer (for my downstairs neighbors).

With the RME ADI-2 FS in your system, what is the purpose of a DSP?

In that room I would like a decent amplifier (probably Class D for the most economical good quality, for example, a Boxem from Belgium) and sealed bookshelf speakers, for example, Spendor A1.
