Streamer/Dac Suggestions For AE1 Active's

Having recently upgraded my Klipsch 5's to AE1 Active's i am now looking for a good streamer/dac/preamp.
I want to connect to the tv, so I can use the hdmi out.( Auto On/Off )
I see all the streamers/dac/preamp have optic/toslink, but very few have hdmi.
When switching on the tv will the optic/toslik out auto auto power on the connected device ?
Will the connected streamer/dac/preamp upsample the signal coming from the tv via the hdmi or optical/toslink out .
I would also like to use a subwoofer.
In conclusion I've narrowed it down to 3.
Cambridge CXN V2. Which I believe is about to be discontinued.
Bluesound NODE. Has hdmi.
Arylic S50 Pro +. App is not the best.
Unfortunately I haven't the opportunity to listen to all 3.

Take a look at the zidoo neo s and see if it fits your needs. It has hdmi but no subwoofer out (not sure if that is required based upon your post)
