Hi, I have a problem with the firmware update.
I downloaded and installed the zip file containing the application for updating my dac from the smsl-audio.com site, I followed the procedure explained in the PDF file and read some suggestions posted on this forum, but when I press the "handshake" button the ispv2.4 program freezes and I can't advance anymore.
This block occurs in any situation, both with the DAC connected and disconnected.
I tried on 2 different windows pc (1 with win10 and 1 with win11), and i have the exact same problem on both.
