SMLS C200 Stops Working When I Remove My Headphones

Same for me, it drives me crazy! It happens with the Lo output as well when I stand up. I know it seems weird, but it happens every single time. I love this unit, but I’m seriously considering switching to something else.

Anyone trying hooking an adapter in the dac jack, and on the adapter hooking the headpvones? Perhaps this would avoid the issue? Jusy guessing here

I've been having a similar problem over the past few days. Sometimes when I either exit or pause whatever app I'm using and turn it back on, I don't get sound unless I turn the C200 off and turn it on again. Everything else is normal- the progress bar on YouTube or Amazon Music moves, and the Windows sound icon isn't X'ed out. It happens regardless of what headphone I use. The sound doesn't cut off while I'm listening to music, but only after I turn on the app again after exiting or pausing it, as I said.
