I saw a recent post from @restorer-john on some great service he received and figured perhaps we needed a place to acknowledge good deeds from manufacturers and dealers.
My shout out goes to the service department of Monitor Audio UK who just repaired a centre speaker for me.
Communication has been superb and quick, they sent me new packaging to send the item back to them. They replaced a faulty driver under warranty, but also replaced, without charge, the tweeter which I’d damaged myself trying to get the grill off
Being shipped back to me tomorrow.
