Passive vs active near audio speakers setup under 250 Euro for everyday use

What exactly (sources) are you plugging the speakers into or are they being plugged into a DAC?

Right now, I have nothing for passive speakers, nor I dont have active once.
Infect, I am thinking to get something from where I can expand in the future and something that will allow me to listen normally until I get to 4 speakers (if thats the goal for future)

Purpose is :
- TV always to be connected,
- Bluetooth for devoices to connect for streaming,
- Laptop to be connected via analog input for audio production time to time (Sound design, arrangement, mixing)

In future LP player and maybe a streamer too.

What don you think about a pair of second hand JBL Studio 220 2 shelf speakers?

I found them for a fair price and leaves me a room for amplifier.
Plan is to get them + amp and to have a tv & laptop on it.
Later I will add sub too.

Should i add something in my plan?

Should be decent, but don't expect too much below 100 Hz from a 4", although they still seem to be pretty good for the size down there.
